I don't think Canadian laws in general is a joke. If you know what really goes on in each part of Canada you would be more surprsied. For instance, in British Columbia, a terrorist was convicted of destroying a plane with innocent passengers. The terrorist plead guilty, he was sentenced FIVE YEARS. Hell you mine as well give him a million dollars and the key to the city.
